Welcome to Hushvan Resort. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or using our services.

1. Reservation and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card or advance deposit, subject to availability.

1.2 Payment: Payment for accommodation and services must be settled in full upon check-in, unless otherwise specified in the reservation confirmation.

1.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 07 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to the first night’s stay.

2. Guest Responsibilities

2.1 Identification: Guests must present a valid government-issued identification (passport, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.

2.2 Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow guests, staff, and property. Hushvan Resort reserves the right to refuse service and terminate accommodation in cases of disruptive behavior without refund.

3. Property Policies

3.1 Smoking Policy: Hushvan Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.

3.2 Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort property during their stay, including but not limited to rooms, furnishings, and amenities.

3.3 Pets: Pets are generally not allowed unless specified in advance and subject to specific conditions and charges.
